In the wake of challenging times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Rod (short for Rodrigo) Mancebo made a heartfelt decision to return to the music that originally ignited his passion for the guitar. His voice and guitar are back in a time when everything was about fun. Each song was a call for freedom, brimming with energy and youthful spirit.
Teaming up with his longtime acquaintance, Fernando Yokota, Electric Mood Boosters was born. After a brief stint as a quartet and a few changes in the lineup, we established our Power Trio with the addition of drummer Gonzalo Delgado.
